Charlotte, NC :: Just this past weekend, 3 teams of ATL girls road- tripped it up to Charlotte for a taste of LAX outside of Georgia. And, giiirrrrrrl, did it taste good!

COACH ANGELA + COACH HART joined ATL GUIDES Christine DeFrank and Melissa Scholar lead the teams to some victories and definitely to some fantasical experiences.

We didn't hear too many whistles, as the referees kept the games moving - AWESOME! And, 7 v7 is a fast paced format with no draw after each goal, so there was so much repetition! It gave us tons of practice clearing the ball, re-defending and shooting on the offensive end!!

After the games ended, we had the lovely/fantastic/informative/amazing opportunity to check out the beautiful campuses of Davidson College (which sits right next to Lake Norman) and Queens University. That was a special treat for sure.

Finally, the weather couldn't have been more perfect with all the leaves changing colors!
