TEAMS :: You will be placed with your teammates from your high school so that you each work on individual skills while developing overall team strength. If there are not enough girls from your school to make one team, we will combine you with an complimentary group (in size + ability) to complete your "team" for the weekend.
TRAINING :: Your team will be assigned to a BOUNCE PRO COACH. For Saturday training, you will be learning individual + team concepts for four hours with loads of repetition to improve onsite. As well, you will get tons of individualized coaching as each one of your BOUNCE PRO COACHES will have an additional assistant.
GAMES :: On Sunday, you will be able to try out all that you have learned in the context of a mini-tournament, with your BOUNCE PRO COACH teaching/coaching/mentoring you + your team from the sidelines.
EVALUATION :: Every girl that attends will get a personalized EVALUATION written by her BOUNCE PRO COACH. These evaluations will also be sent to your high school coach along with everyone else's from your team.

COACH BIOs
:: ASHLEY BOLTON (William & Mary)
Ashley grew up playing soccer all her life but fell in love with the sport of lacrosse in high school. She was a 4 year starter at The College of William & Mary, an esteemed DI program, where she was also co-captain her senior year. During the summer before her senior year of college she joined the XTEAM staff and had one of the best summers of her life filled with hard work, challenges, laughter + life long friends. Although her career has kept her involved in athletics, having worked for the Colonial Athletic Association and currently working for the Athletics Department in Facilities and Operations at the University of Virginia, she has always had a place in her heart for BOUNCE.
:: CRESSITA BOWMAN (Lynchburg)
Cressita played both field hockey + lacrosse at Lynchburg College and was a 4x Academic All-American as well as Captain of her lacrosse team her junior + senior years. She played in the Prague Cup after graduating where her team took 3rd place! Cressita has coached at the youth + high school levels in Texas + California and has succeeded in leading each team to their best finish to date. Currently, Cressita is the Head Coach at Mater Dei HS in Orange County, CA, a TEAM OC Head Coach, and the Head Coach for the 2015/16 XTEAM. She has a 10 year old yellow lab, Bauer, who loves to play ball + swim. When not coaching, Cressita enjoys staying active by hiking with Bauer and surfing.
:: LIZ CONNELLY (Rollins)
"LC" grew up playing lacrosse in Florida at Lake Brantley High School where she was a 3x High School All-American and 2x PLayer of the Year in Florida. She went on to play DII lacrosse at Rollins College, where she was named to the 2008 All-Rookie Team, received the NCAA DII Unsung Hero of the Year award by womenslacrosse.com, and as a 3x Team Captain helped lead her team as a start-up program in 2008 to breaking the DII Top 10 in 2010. LC joined BOUNCE ENTERTAINMENT as an XTEAM COACH in 2009 and has since worked as the Player Development Director of the ATL, XTEAM HEAD of PLAYER DEVELOPMENT and DIRECTOR of TEAM OC. For the 2012 season, LC accepted the Head Coach position at Los Alamitos HS in California, where she led the team to win their 3rd straight Southern Section CIF Championship. Currently, LC is the TEAM OC ELITE TEAM COACH.
:: HEATHER JACK (Fresno State)
"Jack" can best be described as our very own eclectic, free-spirited Gypsy. Looking for a job that would have her traveling throughout the country in 2010, Jack stumbled across XTEAM's summer coaching position and what she describes as "THE opportunity of a lifetime" as a motivator and aspiring college coach. Jack started college at the University of Nevada, Reno where she founded the women's lacrosse team. After nearly a year sabbatical, she transferred to California State University, Fresno where she finished three years of DI collegiate eligibility. Now, with 2 years of BOUNCE PRO COACH training under her belt, Jack is an XTEAM COACH. She is the reigning "emotional" center of XTEAM, supporting girls from every GRAD YEAR with great advice! In January, Jack will set out to conquer the company on an XTEAM road trip to visit members + conduct clinics anywhere there are gathered lax girls!
:: MEREDITH MEYRAN (Towson)
Merri started playing lacrosse at Northport HS in Northport, NY. She was a 2x All-League + All-County player while helping the Tigers to regional championships and state semi-finals. She continued playing DI at Towson University where she was a 4 year starter, twice named All-Conference, and was a 2001 Female Athlete of the Year nominee. After her 4 years playing, Merri was added to the coaching staff as an undergraduate Assistant Coach. While coaching that year, Merri was one of the players named to the 2001-2002 US Developmental team. After graduating, Merri moved to California where she immediately became involved in coaching at the youth, MS + HS levels. In 2007, she started the program at Los Alamitos HS. Under her leadership, the team advanced to the county finals in 2007, 2008, 2009, + 2010. 2009 + 2010 were back-to-back undefeated, CIF championship seasons for the Los Al Griffins. She also served as the Head Coach + Director for the club program TEAM OC for 3 years. After the 2010 season, Merri and her family relocated to Connecticut where she got involved with the NewLax and Wilton HS programs. Over her 5 seasons of coaching HS lacrosse, Merri has amassed a record of 80 wins, 9 losses, and 1 tie. She has coached 3 All-Americans, 5 All-State, 10 All-County, and 19 All-League Players. She is super competitive and is passionate about teaching the game of lacrosse!
:: KATY SMULLEN (Richmond)
This big-haired, loud-mouthed Texan is passionate about all things lacrosse, especially lacrosse in non-traditional areas. "Smulls" first started at BOUNCE 4 years ago when she was a rising senior attacker at the University of Richmond and outside of being an XTEAM coach, Smulls would travel to ATL to run practices as the club was growing. Smulls first started playing lacrosse when she lived in Baltimore, but die to job relocation, her dad moved the whole family to Texas, where there were not too many lax options. After pursuing lacrosse from the South/West, Smulls landed on the East Coast at her perfect school and in the meantime, developed a huge love for Texas! Smulls works full time for BOUNCE as HEAD XTEAM COACH and the DIRECTOR of loneLAX, a Houston/Dallas based club team. She is also the co-Head Varsity Coach at Episcopal School of Dallas, as well as the 7th/8th grade field hockey coach and the head coach and coordinator for the parent run Eagles program. As if that weren't enough, Smulls is also working on a Leadership and Advisory program throughout the state of Texas to give players a voice in their own league. This big personality has been coaching at various levels for over 7 years, including the 2011 WDNT Texas team. Smulls is loud and fun AND a stickler for the rules. So, laugh + stay in line!
:: JESS THORNTON (James Madison)
Jess is one of our veteran XTEAM MAGIC NINJA COACHes and packs her coaching with a "passion" punch! She not only loves the sport itself but also how it can be used as a vehicle to see the world and enhance the lives of people of all ages. Jess graduated from James Madison University in 2004, walking away with several honors including Defender of the Year, CAA Conference All-Star team and All-American her senior year. She then transitioned into a coaching role, giving back to the game that helped to shape her life. Jess has been all over the world - from Tokyo to Londaon - with lacrosse in the driver's seat and is continually inspired by just how much the fastest game on two feet can help give you wings. She currently works for BOUNCE as an XTEAM COACH for the 2014s, helps the ATL as a lax consultant from time to time, all the while running Global Players, her study abroad program for lacrosse players out of her new hometown - Chattanooga, TN.
