:: COMMENTS FROM YOUR COACHES
MERRI ADAMICKI :: WALTON HS
"TEAM Walton had an awesome weekend sharpening up their skills and getting to know their newest members. We focused on fundamentals and worked on keeping the pace up as much as possible. After a few hours of basics everyone dusted the rust off their sticks and we were able to take our game to the next level. This team has a tremendous amount of potential and should be a force to be reckoned with in the ATL for 2012!"

KATY "SMULLS" SMULLEN :: ST. PIUS X
“I had the best time working with St. Pius X this weekend, the girls were full of energy and ready to get to work. While we battled the weather in the morning we were really able to focus on offense and defense and we worked in the classroom on transition. During our scrimmages on Sunday we applied what we had done the day before and we really saw a shift in the team on the field. I cannot wait to see how the season goes!"

ASHLEY BOLTON :: CENTENNIAL HS
"I had an awesome time this weekend with the Centennial lacrosse program. They were a fun group of girls who were excited to be playing lacrosse. They were determined to get the most out of this weekend as possible.There was a ton of improvement throughout the weekend and I know this team will have an awesome season this year!"

JESS THORNTON :: GPS
"The GPS team was such a refreshing group of girls to work with not only because they were a great audience for a coach but they maintained their focus and knew how to bring the energy. Saturday was overflowing with information and GPS soaked it up like sponges in the rain. We focused on fundamentals, team concepts like Ball-Help-Slide defense and Motion Attack as well as breaking out in transition with the Best Drill Ever. There is nothing better then to coach players that WANT to get better and WANT to be there, no matter the condition or situation they are placed in. Way to go to both teams I coached for bringing the energy, the funk and the LAX FEVER!!"

LAUREN "HART" HARTSFIELD :: CHATTAHOOCHEE HS
"Chattahoochieeeeee!! Let's just say it.. We got weird! I am so proud of every single one of you girls - Y'all stepped up, tried new things, made mistakes, got weird, and learned SO MUCH about your sport this weekend. I love the hunger that y'all have to acquire and try new skills and concepts. There were some AWESOME in depth questions being asked, which tells me that you girls didnt just come to play, you came to GROW! And geeze did you ever! The team that I saw dragging and quiet during our first warm-up on Saturday morning was NOT the team I saw FULL THROTLE killin' it in scrimmages on Sunday morning. We had those high school teams double taking, and that right there... is how you get in, get it done, and get weird. I had a BLAST! Thanks for being AWESOME!"
